WebMail
Webmail uses your internet browser and lets you send and receive your email from any computer, anytime, anywhere you have access to the internet. If you're familiar with using AOL email, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail or any similiar web-based email program, you already know how our WebMail functions. You create folders and mange your email on our server similar to the email systems at AOL email, Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, etc., but our Webmail uses YourName@YourDomainName. - you know, like John@TheSmiths.com

You'll get to your WebMail account by using your browser and going to http://WebMail.YourDomainName. You must login using your Email Account Name and Password. Click here to take a quick tour of WebMail. Close the window when you're done.

All email accounts include our state-of-the-art Virus Protection system which automatically blocks infected email attachments that may damage your computer with destructive viruses. Virus scanning occurs every time our servers receive an incoming attachment. Virus Protection is in place for both Webmail and POP3 email clients so that any emails that contain an infected attachment are automatically blocked.

An integrated feature of our WebMail is a spam filter, a service that screens incoming mail at the server level. Through the web-based email interface you can train the filter, thus gradually improving the filter's ability to detect incoming bulk mail. Click here to learn more about the spam filter. Close the window when you're done.

WebMail is provided FREE with all POP3 plans.

Of course you also get a standard POP3 mailbox as well. So you can use Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, etc to access your messages. This isn't an either/or situation, you get both the POP3 mailbox and Webmail. Use whichever you prefer. For everyday use, many people setup their account as a POP3 mailbox; and only use WebMail to send and receive their messages when they travel.

POP3 Email Plans (mailboxes) with SMTP Relaying
When you register your domain name with us, you can also setup new, individual POP3 mailboxes using a name like YourName@YourDomainName. Unlike email forwarding which sends the messages to one of your existing email addresses, POP3 plans provide stand-alone mailboxes whereby the messages are stored on our servers until you download them to your computer.

POP3 (Post Office Protocol) is the means by which email is retrieved from a mail server. With a POP3 mailbox, your incoming email messages go to our servers and we store them there for you. When you check/retreive your email, our servers immediately download the all the email to your PC. You read, reply, delete, manage and store these emails on your PC's hard drive. POP3 mailboxes require you to have an email client program such as Outlook, Outllook Express, Eudora, etc.

You can also send your outgoing email messages using our SMTP relaying servers; and your messages will show your @YourDomainName email address as the "Reply To" address.

Your ISP (internet service provider) has undoubtably provided you with a mailbox with an address something like YourUserName@YourISPName.com. If you register a domain name with us and add a POP3 mailbox, you can replace your ISP mailbox with one called YourName@YourDomainName -- like JohnSmith@TheSmithFamily.com. Of course if you want to, you can continue to use your old ISP mailbox as well.

Our POP3 email addresses are very flexible. You can set them up to store messages, forward messages to another email address, or as a "catch-all" account which receives any email sent to "anyname"@YourDomainName. You can set-up an auto-responder which automatically sends a standard reply message you create (like: "I'm on vacation. I'll reply when I return next week."). You can send and receive email messages with your favorite email program (Outlook Express, Outlook, Netscape, Eudora, etc), or you can access messages by WebMail - our internet based email program where you use your web browser to get your messages.

We offer four different POP3 email plans and which one is best suited to your needs depends on how many mailboxes you require and how much storage space you need. The Economy Account has 25 MBs of mailbox storage space and is primarily for the average home user who sends and receives up to two hundred or so text messages daily. Although the size of individual messages varies, 25 MBs of storage space could handle over 1,000 typical text messages. This is plenty of storage space if you consider that the average user checks his/her mail regularly, thus emptying the mailbox. Of course if you're receiving messages with files attached, such as photographs, drawings, or pdf files, each message will take considerably more storage space.

The Deluxe Email Plan provides 5 individual POP3 mailboxes and 1,000 megabytes of total storage space; the Business Email Plan provides 100 mailboxes with 2,000 megabytes of total storage; and the Business Pro Email Plan (available only as an add-on to one of the other plans) provides 500 mailboxes and 2 gigapbytes (2,000 MB) of storage.

Each POP3 mailbox comes with WebMail -- FREE!
